Kaedah/Method
1. Isi rizom diparut halus dan tampal pada bahagian yang sakit.
Grate the rhizomeās flesh finely and paste on the painful area.
2. Rizom diparut halus dan dikeringkan. Bancuh dengan secawan air panas dan minum ketika suam.
The rhizome is finely grated and dried. Mix with a cup of hot water and drink when warm.
